To set up an effective advertising campaign for a network of drug treatment clinics, overcoming the limitations of Google’s regulation in this niche. Contextual advertising: We started implementing our strategy by creating 6 relevant landing pages, 2 for each service for A/B tests (house call, drug clinic and comprehensive addiction treatment) and setting up advertising campaigns in search networks. Initially we wanted to get the maximum number of clicks, but the bid price turned out to be very high and we reoriented our strategy to get conversions at the price we set and got the result we needed for further scaling.
Scaling: Analyzing the results, we gradually expanded the scale of our advertising campaigns. We expanded our reach from a city to a region and eventually to the entire country. We reached a monthly budget of $200,000. The average ROI for these campaigns was around 240%, and peaked at 720% during seasonal spikes, such as New Year’s Eve.
Multi-Sites and SEO: To further expand our presence, we decided to create a multi-site network where each major region or agglomerate had its own site. These sites were carefully optimized for commercial queries. As a result, we created more than 5 sites, each with 70 to 120 subdomains linked to the relevant query region. We 100% achieved our goal and brought all commercial search queries to the top 5 of the search results. This resulted in generating 35 to 100 targeted leads per day.
YouTube Channel: Given the growing popularity of video content, we set about creating a YouTube channel for our client. After thorough research, we identified relevant video topics, selected semantics, created detailed scripts and optimized descriptions for the videos. Thanks to this approach, the channel grew from zero to an impressive 500,000 subscribers in 9 months.
Multi-channel marketing: we had more than 30 sources of traffic — traffic from seo, advertising traffic in search engines, social networks, geo services, message boards, outdoor advertising and agents. With the help of call tracking, utm tags, event and conversion tracking, the obtained data was integrated into the client’s CRM system. This integration ensured full transparency of expenditures on various channels and their efficiency.
Our integrated strategy brought the client impressive results in 12 months.
