The project embodies a combination of advanced technologies and innovative solutions. It starts with the development of a universal multi-lingual Telegram bot that simplifies ticket booking, search and detailed itinerary viewing, parcel delivery, personal account, live support service and secure payments.
We also created a modern, highly responsive website with a user-friendly interface, and with all the features that the bot has and personalized account management. We have also successfully launched an advertising campaign on Google, Facebook and Instagram. We set up analytics and conversion tracking.

As part of our project, we organically combine various aspects of digital innovation. It all started with the creation of a Telegram bot — a wonderful tool for buying tickets. With this bot, users could easily find and select the route they needed, view photos of the bus, explore route and stop details, and access a multitude of ticket categories: standard, student, pension, child, and each of them can be customized in an infinite number. For added convenience, a direct link to your boarding location on Google Maps is provided.
The bot allowed users to make secure credit card or Apple Pay payments right in chat or before boarding the bus. It even kept an organized archive of purchased tickets and provided QR codes for quick ticket verification. In addition to ticketing, we expanded our range of services to include parcel delivery, operating on the same convenient principles.
In this complex solution, we did not forget about the human relations. A dedicated support team was at the disposal of users, ready to help with any questions and problems. To ensure smooth operation, a universal administrator panel was implemented, allowing to manage tickets, create and modify itineraries, and promptly respond to requests.
But our journey didn’t end there. Inspired by the success of Telegram-bot, the owner of the company wanted to expand its digital presence. We listened to his wishes and created a unique website, seamlessly linking it to the same powerful administrative panel. This project is not just a web development, Telegram bot or advertising campaign, it is the art of innovation and the creation of a holistic digital experience that brings convenience and accessibility to the forefront of modern travel and service.
